Ingredients

Wheat flour, sugar, pumpkin (maltodextrin, corn flour, sun flour lecithin), sodium bicarbonate, spices, salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), and natural flavors w/ dextrose and corn starch.

For optimum shelf life, store dry mix in your refrigerator or freezer.

Directions

Ingredients needed:
★ Pumpkin Bread Mix
★ 2 eggs
★ 1/3 cup vegetable/canola oil
★ 1/2 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan*. In a large bowl add eggs, oil and water. Mix by hand. Carefully pour in Pumpkin Bread Mix and gently stir together by hand. Do not beat or over mix. Pour batter into the well-greased pan and bake in the middle of the oven for 50 -to- 60 minutes or until top is fully baked and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and then remove. Once completely cooled wrap in plastic or foil. Best served the next day.  Variation: In place of 1/3 cup vegetable oil; you may substitute 1/3 cup apple sauce or 1/3 cup plain or vanilla yogurt. *Dark finish pans bake faster and create a darker crust. Glass pans bake faster as well. Lining pans with foil or parchment paper make removal easier. You still must grease pan with foil or parchment.

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
Ingredients needed:
★ 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
★ 4 Tablespoons salted butter, softened
★ 1/2 cup powdered sugar
★ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
★ 1 to 4 Tablespoons milk*
In a medium sized bowl beat softened cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add vanilla, powdered sugar and whip on high until mixture is smooth. Add milk to reach desired consistency. Spread glaze on top of cooled bread and enjoy! You may also serve on the side as a spread.*For a thick spread use 1 or 2 Tablespoons of milk. For glaze use 3 to 4 Tablespoons of milk.
