Ingredients

Enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), malted barley flour, sugar, salt, natural flavors (dextrose, cornstarch, silicon dioxide as anticaking), sodium bicarbonate (palm oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium acid
pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate).

Directions

Ingredients needed:
★ Sweet Butter Bread Mix
★ 1/4 cup butter, melted
★ 1/4 cup olive oil
★ 3/4 cup milk
★ 2 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan*. In a medium bowl combine eggs, and milk. Slowly add cooled melted butter to the milk mixture. Whisk until smooth. In a large bowl add entire packet of Sweet Butter Bread Mix. Make a well in the center of the dry bread mix, and add the wet ingredients to the center. Beat until smooth and combined. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown on top and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow bread to cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and serve. *Dark finish pans bake faster and create a darker crust. Glass pans bake faster as well. Lining pans with foil or parchment paper make for easier removal. You still must grease pan with foil or parchment. You may need to alter liquid amounts for high altitude cooking. Bread machine with quick bread setting may be used. Follow manufacturer's directions.


CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
Ingredients needed:
★ 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
★ 4 Tablespoons butter, softened
★ 1/2 cup powdered sugar
★ 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
★ 1 to 4 Tablespoons milk*
In a medium sized bowl beat softened cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add vanilla, powdered sugar and whip on high until mixture is smooth. Add milk to reach desired consistency. Spread glaze on top of cooled bread and enjoy! You may also serve on the side as a spread. *For a thicker spread use 1 or 2 Tablespoons of milk. For glaze use 3 to 4 Tablespoons of milk.
