Enriched flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), malted barley flour, sugar, cocoa w/alkali, chocolate chips (chocolate liquor, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin, vanilla), sodium bicarbonate (palm oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), and natural flavors.

Directions
Ingredients needed:
★ Brownie Bread Mix
★ 3/4 cup milk
★ 1/2 cup olive oil
★ 2 eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan*. In a large bowl add milk, eggs, and oil.
Mix by hand. Carefully pour in Brownie Bread Mix and gently stir together by hand. Do
not beat or over mix. Pour batter into the well-greased pan and bake in the middle of the
oven for 60 minutes or until top is fully baked and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and then remove. *Dark finish pans bake faster and create a darker crust. Glass pans bake faster as well. Lining pans with foil or parchment paper make for easier removal. You still must grease pan with foil or parchment. You may need to alter liquid amounts for high altitude cooking. Bread machine with quick bread setting may be used. Follow manufacturer's directions.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
Ingredients needed:
★ 2 Tbsp. butter
★ 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
★ 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
★ 1 tsp. vanilla extract
★ 1 tsp. hot water
In a microwave safe bowl melt butter on high for 20 to 30 seconds, or until butter is softened. Add cocoa powder and stir until smooth. Then, add powdered sugar, vanilla and hot water. Whisk until fully combined. Drizzle over cooled bread.
