Shipping policy

We ship via trusted carriers like USPS or UPS depending on the best rate for you.

We ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them for validated street addresses. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.  We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. 

• Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days.

• Express Delivery: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days.

Refunds and/or replacements on damaged merchandise via shipments must be accompanied by a photo of damage and emailed to shop@themilledolive.com within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery we will not honor any refunds/exchanges, regardless of reason.
